A Stienarr is a bulky Magikally constructed creature composed of elements of the Earth (rocks, dirt, etc). Stienarr were originally constructed by Dwarven mages in Thorin, and are indigenous to the northern lands of Xaria (Gesnor, Palrim, Thorin, and Akkoria) and in some other highly mountainous regions. In other lands they are referred to as Earth Elementals. Their purpose is to serve their creator.
Earth Elementals are suspected to control Earth-based Magik and have immunities to them as well.
Stienarr are always seen singly. They have below average intelligence, but are incredibly vicious and persistent. The Earth Elemental is very slow moving. It can only walk, never run from place to place.
Stienarr are very aggressive monsters. They will attack any creature without provocation. The only time they are passive is when their creator commands them to be so. When more than one Stienarr is present they will attempt to destroy one another.
